Current Status:
Nunes Connecticut, Inc. installed the stair railing from Silas Deane Highway following approvals of plans by the Building Department. Fresh Start Worx constructed and delivered 8 tuteur plant stands, which will be incorporated into the garden in the spring.
The project is now complete.
A dedication ceremony is planned for June 2026.
