Current Status:

The Town was awarded a $250,000 Community Investment Fund grant to support architectural design and engineering services, including development of 60% construction documents for Phase 1 of the William J. Pitkin Community Center expansion, which includes a building addition.

An RFP for architectural design and engineering services is planned for release in Spring 2026.
