Current Status:

KBA prepared construction administration documents for four asphalt pickleball courts, including a bid alternate for a water fountain. The RFP was issued in early March and closed March 27.  A contractor has been selected and will be presented to Town Council for approval on April 6.

Construction is anticipated to begin in late spring 2026, with substantial completion expected before the end of summer.
